We advise on and implement processes for scheduling strategic meetings that allow the project team to obtain useful information, advice, and feedback from policymakers.
Problems
Researchers don’t have time for the laborious process of scheduling meetings with policymakers. Researchers also are generally not incentivized to monitor current policy opportunities, nor are they necessarily aware of which policy makers to meet or when such contacts are most productive.
